We require all of our subcontractors to be licensed and insured.

Does Wayco Construction offer design services? 
We are a design-build contractor and can provide value engineering options to create your desired look without breaking your budget. We can help to design new layouts for your space and provide a recommended finish schedule that aligns with inspiration ideas submitted by you. For more complex projects, we also have experience working with architects and interior designers.

What can I expect in terms of communication throughout my project? 
You will receive regular updates from our team and there will be Wayco representative on-site throughout the project. We maintain a live schedule for all work that you will have access to. All finish materials will be submitted to you for review prior to installation.

How does Wayco Construction handle change orders? 
We provide an incredibly detailed scope of work to our clients that typically avoids the need for change orders. However, when unforeseeable issues arise that require a change order to continue working, a detailed scope and pricing will be provided for review/approval with the schedule impact noted.
